All bookings are limited to the wedding ceremony only. We only book one wedding per day, so you will never feel rushed.

Garden Rental: $700.00

The use of the beautiful Wedding Garden with a romantic white flowered garden
Access to additional gardens and open fields for photos
One hour scheduled for a rehearsal

A Charming Dressing Room Suitable for Bridal Party: no additional charge

Includes access to historic house for photos

Tent Rental (20 x 20): $250.00

Includes Canopy and Side Walls
Suitable for 32 people seated with isle and space at front
Suitable for 50 people seated in theatre style with space at front
Requires 48 hours notice

Tent Rental (20 x 40): $500.00

Includes Canopy and Side Walls
Suitable for 80 people seated with isle and space at front
Suitable for 100 people seated in theatre style with space at front
Requires 48 hours notice

Chair Rental: $2.00 each

Chairs are white and very sturdy
We have 100 chairs available at Rosedale, but can arrange for the the rental of additional chairs.

Total cost for rental:

We require a $500 deposit when you book your wedding. Our cancellation policy provides a refundable deposit if we can re-book the garden with another event.
Payment for your event is due in full, 4 weeks prior to your wedding.
HST will be added to the total rental cost.
